Valentines Day

Delivery: We are unable to guarantee delivery times on Valentine’s Day - deliveries will be completed any time between 9AM and 5PM. Orders close 3PM for Valentine's Day Delivery on Friday 14th of February. Orders close 5PM Friday 14th February for delivery on Saturday 15th of February.  There is a Peak Period Courier Surcharge of $5.00 per delivery (added automatically at checkout). For more details on delivery, please refer to the information at the bottom of this page.

Pick-up: Not Available.

Selection: Please choose flowers and gifts from the Valentine's Day range only for delivery on the 14th of February.

Please Note: Due to delivery volume on Valentine’s Day, no changes to orders can be made after 18:00 AEST on 12th February for deliveries on the 14th of February. It is also important to note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times on Valentine’s Day - deliveries will be completed anytime between 9am - 5pm. We aim to complete our deliveries as early as possible, but delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

No Redirects: No redirects will be available if the recipient is not at the delivery address. If this happens, they will be notified of the delivery attempt via the contact number you provide. They will then have the option to either collect their order from our studio in Point Cook on the early morning of Saturday, 15th February, or have it redelivered that afternoon for a fee starting at $15.00, provided the address is within our delivery zone.

Anonymous Deliveries: If you choose to send a gift anonymously, please note that if the recipient contacts us to ask who sent the flowers, we will provide them with your name.
