Mother's Day Orders Terms & Conditions:

Exclusive Range: Celebrate Mother's Day with our exclusive range! Choose from flowers available for collection or delivery on May 10th & 11th. Let's make her day!

Order Window: Orders close at 12PM for Same Day Delivery Saturday May 10th & Sunday May 11th, or 10AM for Same Day Pickup Sunday May 11th. 

Delivery Suburbs & Fees: $15 per delivery for all suburbs within our delivery zone. Free Delivery for all orders over $150.

Custom Orders: Due to the high volume of orders, we're unable to accommodate custom requests.

Delivery Times: Your order will be delivered between 9AM - 3PM. We don't offer time-sensitive deliveries; our busy couriers will deliver your order anytime within this window. We aim to complete our deliveries as early as possible, however delivery times can be affected by circumstances out of our control.

Pickup Times: Your order will be ready at the time you selected at checkout for collection at our Point Cook location. Upon arrival, kindly allow us a few minutes to carefully wrap up your beautiful flowers to ensure they're perfect for you.

Delivery Protocol: If no one is home to collect, deliveries will be left at the door, except for orders with alcohol. In such cases, orders will be returned to the studio if no one over 18 is present for collection. We'll contact the recipient on the provided mobile number for re-delivery or pick-up. Note: You must be over 18 to order alcohol, and re-delivery fees may apply.

Inspiration vs. Reality: All images serve as inspirational guides for our talented florists. The final arrangement and gifts may vary slightly from the images, but rest assured, we'll create something fabulous for you.

Acceptance: Placing an order signifies acceptance of our terms and conditions. Thank you for choosing us!

Our flowers are available for Same-Day Delivery Thursday and Friday if ordered online by 10am, unless sold out earlier. Saturday deliveries, when available, must be placed by 10am Friday. Please note we are closed on Sunday to Wednesday. See below for list of suburbs and delivery fees.

Time-Sensitive Deliveries must be placed over the phone. A delivery surcharge may apply to Time-Sensitive deliveries, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.
