Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest delivery days of the year. The following terms apply to all Valentine’s Day orders.
Valentine’s Day deliveries are completed between 9am and 5pm. While we aim to complete deliveries as early as possible, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to high delivery volumes.
Valentine’s Day orders close at 3pm on Saturday 14 February, unless sold out earlier.
Pick-up is not available for Valentine’s Day orders.
No redirects are available if the recipient is not at the delivery address. If this occurs, flowers will be left in a safe place where possible, and the recipient will be contacted using the delivery details provided at checkout.
Due to the volume of Valentine’s Day orders, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If an order is sent anonymously and the recipient contacts us to ask who sent the flowers, the sender’s name will be provided.
Placing a Valentine’s Day order confirms acceptance of these terms.
