Same-day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed online by 10am.
Saturday delivery is occasionally available when no weddings or events are booked, with a 10am Friday cut-off.
We are closed for deliveries on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Delivery fees vary depending on your suburb, with rates starting from $15 and ranging up to $25 for extended areas.

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your delivery suburb.

Free delivery is available on orders over $150 for standard daily deliveries within our listed delivery areas.

Please note that time-sensitive deliveries (e.g. specific delivery times) may incur an additional fee, as they require special arrangements.

Flowers by Tracey delivers to Point Cook and surrounding western suburbs of Melbourne.

Yes. It’s best to place your order as early as possible so it can be coordinated with the courier.
Typical delivery timing is:

• Schools: Before 3pm

• Workplaces: Before 5pm

• Hospitals: Up to 6pm

If you require an earlier delivery window, please call to arrange a time-sensitive delivery.

Yes, but time-specific deliveries must be called through and placed over the phone, and are only available when possible. These may incur an additional fee due to the extra scheduling required.

If the recipient isn’t home, your order will be left in a safe location at the door, and they will receive a text message notification to let them know their flowers have arrived.

There is no live tracking system available at this time. A text message is only sent if the recipient isn’t home and the flowers have been left in a safe place.

Yes. If the suburb you need isn’t listed, you’re welcome to place the order over the phone. I can forward your order to a trusted florist in that area to ensure reliable service and a beautiful arrangement.

Yes. I can assist with interstate deliveries by forwarding your order to one of the reputable florists within my trusted florist network across Australia. Simply call to organise your order and I’ll take care of the rest.

No, I don’t offer international delivery.
