Quality and Freshness

At Flowers by Tracey, we take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our blooms. Since flowers are delicate and perishable, they can be affected by indoor environments and external weather conditions. Once dispatched, various factors beyond our control can impact the lifespan of our cut flowers. We strive to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible, but please be aware that their longevity may be influenced by their surroundings.

Caring for Your Flowers

With every delivery, you'll receive a "Caring For Your Flowers" card. Following these simple care instructions will help ensure your blooms last as long as possible.

On average, flowers last between 3 and 5 days. If your flowers perish within one day of delivery and you've followed our care instructions, Flowers by Tracey will gladly send replacement flowers at no extra cost. Please let us know of any concerns about freshness or quality within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at 0429 808 718.

Important Notice

Flowers by Tracey may request photos or images of the original flowers or products (to be sent via text to 0429 808 718) within 24 hours of delivery. This is a standard practice for florists when addressing customer complaints. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. All images sent will be compared to those taken at our workroom/studio and by the courier at the time of delivery. In some cases, the original flowers or products may need to be returned to Flowers by Tracey within 24 hours of delivery.

 

CLEARANCE & SPECIALS

We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for specials or clearance items and/or flowers. Thanks for your understanding!

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before 4 PM on the business day prior to delivery, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, cancellations on the day of delivery cannot be accepted. Since our arrangements are custom-made with fresh produce purchased that morning, and couriers are booked automatically when the order is placed, the flowers are often already on their way or delivered by that time.

 

DAMAGED POLICY

Damaged Flowers/Gifts

On rare occasions, despite our best efforts, flowers and gifts may arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us right away at 0429 808 718. Unfortunately, we can’t accept responsibility for damages if we’re not informed within 3 hours of receiving the flowers or gifts.

Important Notice

We may ask for photos of the damaged items to compare with those taken by the delivery driver and our own records. If needed, you might also be asked to return the original product at your own expense for further assessment.
