How À La Carte Wedding Flowers Work

 


À La Carte Wedding Flowers are designed for couples who love beautiful, timeless florals, without the need for a full custom design service.

This collection makes ordering your blooms simple and stress-free: choose your required pieces, select a curated 2026 colour palette, and enjoy beautifully designed flowers delivered or collected fresh on the morning of your wedding.


Here’s How it Works:


  1. Choose your floral pieces
    Browse the À La Carte collection and select the floral items you need, from bouquets and boutonnieres to ceremony florals and table centerpieces.

  2. Select your colour palette
    Each product page includes a range of Curated Colour Palettes, inspired by in-vogue wedding tones for 2026. Simply choose the palette that best complements your wedding style and season.

  3. Add your delivery details
    Enter your wedding date and delivery details at checkout. Don't forget to adjust the quantities of each item in your cart.
    If you’d prefer to collect your flowers from my studio, please make a note of this in the Special Delivery Instructions section, and I’ll contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

  4. I’ll take care of the rest
    Every design is crafted with premium, seasonal blooms and finished with care. Your flowers will arrive beautifully packaged and ready for your special day.

Terms & Conditions


Please take a moment to read through these before placing your order.

Order Timeline
All À La Carte Wedding Flower orders must be placed at least four weeks before your wedding date.

Minimum Spend
A minimum spend of $500 applies to all À La Carte Wedding Flower orders. The minimum amount must be reached using items from the À La Carte collection only, and can’t be combined with products from other areas of the website. Orders below this amount will be cancelled and refunded, minus a $20 administration fee. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.

Flower Selection & Design
I personally select and design all florals for your order. Your chosen colour palette is my inspiration, but final flower selections depend on seasonality and availability. Each design will always reflect your chosen colour palette and be created with care.

Flower Condition
Blooms are chosen at their peak so they look perfect on your wedding day. Most flowers last 1–2 days after your event. If you plan to preserve your bouquet, please organise this in advance and deliver your flowers to your preservationist within two days of your wedding.

Perishable Products
Flowers are delicate and can be affected by heat, sunlight, and being out of water for long periods. Handle with care and keep them in water whenever possible.

Fresh, Dried & Preserved Flowers
Fresh flowers are always prioritised, but I may include dried or preserved elements to achieve your chosen palette.
Please note, these dried and preserved products, while beautiful, have a limited lifespan.

Ribbons
Each bouquet is finished with a fabric ribbon, either white or dyed to suit your palette. In some cases, a white ribbon may be used if it best complements your design.
If you’d like beautifully flowing hanging ribbons in your selected colour palette for your bouquet, please select Bouquet Ribbons from the À La Carte collection and add it to your cart as an upgrade.

Colour Matching
I’ll do my best to match your selected palette, but exact shades may vary due to seasonal and supplier factors.

Changes to Orders
Changes to colours, items, or quantities can only be made more than four weeks before your wedding date.
Within the four-week period, all flowers and materials will have already been ordered and sourced, so no changes can be accepted.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified within three days of ordering via email, using the same email address listed on your order.
A $100 administration fee applies to all cancellations.
After three days, orders cannot be refunded, as flowers and materials will have already been secured.

Delivery Details
Delivery for the À La Carte collection is included in your minimum spend and available to one location within my delivery zone on the morning of your wedding.

Do you deliver and set up the florals?
You’re welcome to have your florals delivered to a location within my delivery zone - delivery is included in your À La Carte package. Delivery is to one location only on the morning of your wedding.
If your venue or location is outside this zone, please contact me for a specialised delivery quote before placing your order.

To keep the À La Carte service simple and budget-friendly, set-up services aren’t included. Everything will arrive beautifully prepped and ready to place - or ready for you to collect if preferred.
You’ll also find more answers to common questions on each product page, tailored to the item you’re selecting.
Can I customise my order?
The À La Carte collection is pre-designed to make ordering easy and affordable, so customisations aren’t available. I may make thoughtful substitutions based on seasonal availability and flower quality.
If you’d like a fully tailored design experience, please enquire about my Bespoke Floral Design Service (minimum $2,500).
Can I collect my flowers early?
It’s best to collect your flowers on the day of your wedding to keep them hydrated and at their freshest. If you need to collect earlier, please reach out before placing your order so I can advise what’s possible.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum spend for À La Carte Wedding Flowers is $500, which includes delivery to one location within my delivery zone on the morning of your wedding.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Orders close four weeks before your wedding date. That’s the minimum timeframe needed to allow for planning, sourcing, and creating your florals.

Where do I collect my flowers from?

Collections are from my home studio in Point Cook, VIC 3030. I’ll confirm a suitable pick-up time with you once your order is finalised.
